DPMO Dashboard

Problem

The team relied on weekly Excel decks to track quality metrics. Data was stale by the time it reached stakeholders, and manual updates consumed hours of analyst time each week.

Process

I designed a data pipeline that pulls from the warehouse, transforms metrics in Python, and serves a JSON payload to a React frontend. The dashboard auto-refreshes and supports drill-down by defect category, time period, and site.

Solution

A self-serve interactive dashboard that reduced reporting time from 4 hours to zero, gave stakeholders real-time visibility, and surfaced trends that were previously invisible in static slides.
